Tournament Medical and Inclement Weather Plan - There will be a trainer on site for the duration of both weekends.  We are working on turf fields in case of inclement weather, but as of now the fields are exclusively grass.

Rostering Requirements - All event participants must have a current waiver & membership and be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate. 

Health, Safety and Liability Requirements - Please make sure to understand, follow, and communicate/share these requirements with all participants.

Provisions & Amenities - We expect the weather to be hot, but we will have plenty of cold water available at every field.  We will provide shade tents for any out of state teams, and shade tents will be available to rent for in-state teams if you let us know you would like one in advance.  We will also have snow cones available for free in the afternoon each day.

Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
