Format 4.1 - 4 teams with 3 advancing to Metro East Division 3 Men's Regionals (one day version)

All games are to 15 with soft caps at 90 minutes. Halftime cap (see rule 6.C.3) goes on at 45 minutes. There are no hard caps in this format.
