2022-2023 Official Rules of Ultimate will be in effect.
All games to 15.
Halftime is reached when the first team scores 8 points
Halftime cap is halfway to soft cap (45 minutes after the beginning of the game for all games except ICC semifinals and finals, 52:30 for semifinals and finals). If neither team has reached seven or more points, one point is added to the highest score after the completion of the point. Halftime will be taken once a team reaches the new halftime score.
Halftime is seven minutes. Halftime length does not include the time between pulls.
Soft time cap is at 90 minutes for all games except ICC semifinals and finals. Add one point to the higher score after the point during which the cap goes off is completed. Game ends when the first team reaches the new game total or when the first team reaches 15, whichever comes first.
Soft cap for ICC Semifinals and Finals will be at 1 hr 45 min.
Hard time cap goes on at the end of the round time listed in the schedule (1 hr, 45 min). Finish the point in progress and the game is over unless tied. If tied, play one more point.
Hard caps will not be used for the adult (ICC) semifinals or any (ICC and YCC) finals.
Each team has two timeouts per half. Caps do not affect timeouts.

Mixed Division Personnel Ratio Rules:
As noted in the 2023 Youth Guidelines and Club Guidelines, YCC and ICC use WFDF’s Rule A, alternating which gender has 4 on the field every two points, after the first point.
Additionally, YCC and ICC use the "majority pull" rule, with a player from the gender majority for that point required to pull.
Violations
1. Personnel Ratio Violation: Violations of the prescribed personnel ratio and how they are handled are described in 2022-2023 Official Rules of Ultimate (9.B.3.a).
2. Majority Pull Violation: Violations of the majority pull rule will be handled the same as an offsides violation (9.B.4.d), but instead of calling "offsides," the offense should call "majority pull violation." Like with offsides violations, after the first majority pull violation, any subsequent majority pull violations should be handled as described in 9.B.4.d.2. Majority pull rule violations accumulate separately from offsides/false start violations. In games with observers, either the observer or a player on the field may call the violation.
